However, at the same time we have learned that people, be they customers, patients, or citizens, still crave the opportunity to discuss things thoroughly in small groups to discuss in-depth content and perceptions to enable informed decisions and perspectives.

 

INTMR, LLC has listened to that desired need and provides complimentary services as an option…..

 

PULSE TALK® - A qualitative market research service.

 

IntMR, LLC recommends the use of the company’s “Pulse Talk®” to recruit key decision makers or influencers for the acquisition of subject matter being researched.  IntMR, LLC conducts Pulse Talk® services in the US and with English speaking customer decision makers/influencers from multiple major European and Asia/PAC countries to validate the key features and benefits desired in the proposed product. 

 

Each US group would be comprised of 8-10 participants from throughout the US and 6-8 participants in the Pan-European and Asia/PAC group. They will call into a toll free AT&T switch from the comfort of their own homes or travel location in their evening hours after work. Each participant will be able to hear all the other participants simultaneously. They will be provided a pass-code to participate and each participant will identify themselves and describe their operations briefly during the introductions. Each group lasts from 1 to 1 ½ hrs.

 

Client Managers will be able to listen in live in a “muted” capacity.  Unlike traditional focus groups, the Pulse Talk® service yields exceptional qualitative information that is “powerfully directional”. Customers will talk openly about price and other sensitive issues because they are from different geographical regions and rarely know each other.  They are naturally disarmed and uninhibited because they are usually comfortably away from work.  The participants may each receive an honorarium  to prepare for the group discussion and the completion and submission of any pre-group worksheets that may be used.

 

Expert moderation and subject matter knowledge is the key to achieving success with this service.  Richard D. Sciacca will moderate the groups. The groups may be brand identified or brand blinded. Our historical experience with Pulse Talks® suggests that the group synergy is much better without the “social gaming” that occurs with identified groups.
